Dear Local 455 Kroger Members,
Following our strike vote that was held on January 18, the Houston area Clerk and Meat membership has authorized giving the bargaining committee the authority to call a strike if a contract is not in place by our current agreements’ expiration of February 24, 2024. Your bargaining committee and leadership are scheduled to meet with the Company again on January 23 & 26 to continue our discussions about contracts that reward your hard-work. We will keep everyone updated on whatever comes out of those meetings and any future dates that are set.
