Dear Local 455 Kroger Members,
Following the conclusion of the Houston ratification votes held from 2/29/2024 to 3/12/2024, your Bargaining Committee and fellow rank and file members who helped count the votes are pleased to report that the 2024 MOU’s have ratified by 99% for Clerk and 98% for Meat. We are proud of our membership for standing up and demanding a fair contract. We would like to thank all of our members who worked hard, volunteered, and served to propel our movement forward. Without you, this would not have been possible!
