A strike is always a last resort, however your rank-and-file Bargaining Committee, made up of workers just like you, reports not enough progress has been made on your new Union contract, and recommends a strike authorization vote.
Why it’s important:
UFCW Local 455 strongly encourages you to vote YES to give your rank-and-file Bargaining Committee, made up of workers like you, strike authority if a contract is not in place by the expiration of our current agreement. Please gather all the facts and ask your Union Representative any questions you may have before voting.
