Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the families of those who lost their lives, as well as to those affected by the flash flooding that occurred in Kerr County and the neighboring counties, during the Fourth of July weekend. Although many lives have been lost, we would like to express our gratitude to those who stepped in to assist all of those in need. Our thoughts are with the families of all the victims and those who are searching for the missing, and the many that are affected.
