Congratulations To All JBS/Pilgrims Natchitoches Members On Their New Wage Increases!
UFCW Local 455 and JBS/Pilgrims reached an agreement this week to increase wages for all bargaining unit employees effective 10/31/2021.
- All Production Team members under 36 months will have their rate increase to the 24-month rate.
- Production New hires will start at the “after” 24-month year rate going forward.
- The “After” month production rate will increase by $2.15
- All other team employees will have their rate increase $2.00
