Dear UFCW members,
We are all determined to fight for what you have earned and deserve. As part of this effort, we began a new public campaign to make customers aware of how Kroger’s selfish actions negatively impact not only you and your families, but our customers and their families as well.
To be clear, this is just the beginning.
Over the coming weeks, we are planning more store and community actions in coordination with our sister Locals in Arkansas and Memphis, who face similar workplace threats and forced changes from Kroger. What Kroger has done and is proposing to do is wrong. You and your family deserve better, and we will continue to take all necessary actions to make Kroger a better and more responsible employer.
More importantly, you and all our members can help change Kroger. Each store and community action we take makes it clear that we will not allow you, or any of our hardworking UFCW members, to be treated like this.
