We want to make you – and all our UFCW members – aware of critical health and safety information.
Kroger has disclosed 94 new COVID-19 cases in the Kroger Houston division between 12/27/20 and 1/2/21– the largest weekly increase to date.
We have made an urgent request that Kroger provide more information and full transparency on all COVID cases and safety protocols to keep workers and customers safe.
This rise in cases is very serious for you and your family’s safety. Kroger needs to do better.

Your health and safety is more important than anything. Kroger must know the very real and ongoing risks you face in the store every day, and they must do more to protect you from any health hazards.
While we continue to negotiate for a contract that you deserve, we want to make sure you know we are absolutely committed to doing everything possible to keep you and all our hard-working UFCW members safe.
