Dear Local 455 Kroger Lake Charles/Sulphur/Alexandria Clerks and Meat Members,
Following the conclusion of the Louisiana ratification votes held on Friday April 4, 2025, your Bargaining Committee and fellow rank and file members who helped count the votes are pleased to report that the 2025 MOU has been ratified by 90% for Clerk and 100% for Meat. We would like to thank all of our members who worked hard, volunteered, and served to propel our movement forward. If you fail to receive one of the benefit improvements outlined in the MOU please reach out to the Local Union to discuss filling a grievance.
