Dear Local 455 Kroger Members of the Atlanta Fund,
We continue to work with our members who need to submit their paperwork for their dependent verification. The Atlanta Fund, at the request of Local 455, has now agreed to a 60-day extension, ending on July 31st. This will allow additional time for our members to get their paperwork together and send it into the Fund office, if requested. This will be the final extension.
If you are a participant and miss the July 31st deadline, your dependents will lose their insurance coverage, and you will have to appeal to the Board of Trustees to attempt to get them reinstated. Please do not wait any longer. Please cooperate with the Fund’s request immediately.
