Dear Local 455 Kroger Members of the Atlanta Fund,
We continue to work with our members who need to submit their paperwork for their dependent verifications. The Board of Trustees, by request of Local 455, has agreed to an extension to May 31st, to continue to allow more time for our members to get their paperwork together and sent it into the Fund office, if it was requested.
If you do not comply with the Fund’s request for verification, your dependents will lose their insurance coverage. Please do not wait. Please cooperate with the Fund’s request immediately.
