Congratulations To Our Sanderson Farms Hammond Members On Successful Ratification Of Their New Union Contract!!
UFCW Local 455 and Sanderson Farms reached an agreement to increase wages for all bargaining unit employees.
- All workers receive an initial wage increase which is retro-active to January 1, 2023.
- All workers have guaranteed wage increases in 2024 & 2025.
- No additional increase to the workers’ healthcare premiums in 2023.
- Additional increase in wages for the “clean-up” workers.
The expiration of this agreement is on November 30th, 2025.
