All Restaurant Depot Members,
This is to UPDATE you on the status of the Ratification Package that will be mailed to you soon. As communicated to you last, a MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) has been reached with the company but still needs to get mailed to you so you can review it and vote upon it.
You may remember from last time, the Ratification Package is printed and mailed to you from an outside vendor who has been working to pull everything together and we hope to see it in the mail to you all this week; it will contain the MoA; a Highlight Sheet describing the important parts of the MoA; Instructions for you to follow so you can call in to vote on the package. It is important for you to follow the instructions completely so your vote counts!
Please be sure to keep checking your mail to look for the Ratification Package info so you can VOTE as soon as you receive it!

Esto es para INFORMARLE sobre el estado del Paquete de Ratificación que se le enviará por correo pronto. Como se le comunicó la última vez, se llegó a un MoA (Memorando de acuerdo) con la empresa, pero aún es necesario enviárselo por correo para que pueda revisarlo y votarlo.
Tal vez recuerden que la última vez, el Paquete de Ratificación lo imprime y lo envía por correo un proveedor externo que ha estado trabajando para reunir todo y esperamos verlo por correo durante toda esta semana; contendrá el MoA; una hoja destacada que describe las partes importantes del MoA; Instrucciones que debe seguir para poder llamar y votar sobre el paquete. ¡Es importante que sigas las instrucciones completamente para que tu voto cuente!
¡Asegúrese de seguir revisando su correo para buscar la información del Paquete de Ratificación para que pueda VOTAR tan pronto como lo reciba!
