Your Local Union bargaining team has secured a new bargaining date for the previous meeting date the Company canceled with your Union. The date of the next bargaining meeting with the Company is on October 5, 2026, in Nacogdoches at the Holiday Inn Express hotel at 3211 S St.
The Local Union is opening up bargaining to all Union members who would like to move bargaining along and vote on a fair agreement that rewards your hard work!
The Local is also gathering volunteers to join an informational picketing campaign in Nacogdoches, calling on the Company to provide a fair contract offer the bargaining committee and membership can support! If you would like to help bring bargaining to an end and know you deserve more, please contact your Union representatives, Oscar Martinez and Rydell Cummings, to sign up to help the Union in its efforts in securing a fair agreement that rewards your hard work and come to the bargaining table on October 5th!
