Your Local Union Bargaining committee met with Company Bargaining Committee on 2/17 & 2/18 in Nacogdoches, to continue our work of securing agreements on the items that matter to you most.
While many items continue to be discussed, including your wages, healthcare, and other benefit improvements that we know are important to you and your families, not enough progress has been made. The need to stand up for a strong Union contract is important now more than ever!
We have agreed to another meeting with Senior Company
representatives on 3/17/26 in Nacogdoches. It is important that you continue to let your voice be heard by voting to give your bargaining committee strike authorization via E-Ballot.
