All Pilgrim’s Pride Nacogdoches Members,
Your Pilgrim’s Pride Bargaining Committee and other rank-n-file members just like you held a membership meeting on 1/09/2026, at the Comfort Suites located at 3429 South St., Nacogdoches, TX, and, in that meeting, your fellow coworkers authorized the Bargaining Committee to have strike authority when and if necessary.
In that meeting, it was also decided to extend the strike authorization vote and further discuss your contract bargaining until 1/15/26 via E-Ballot; pending the outcome of a scheduled meeting between your Union leadership and the Company leadership. If you know of someone who has not yet voted, please encourage them to vote. It is important that every member make their voice heard. Your Local Union leadership will be meeting with the Company next week on 1/14 & 1/15 to continue contract bargaining and work to reach an agreement that you can support!
