Dear Local 455 Kroger Sulphur/Lake Charles, LA Member,
Your Local Union has been made aware of the Kroger overpayments issued to some workers. We are currently discussing these with the Company and intend to continue these discussions at the bargaining table. We are asking the Company to Cease and Desist any collection of overpayments issues to workers, as we continue to discuss the subject. We will keep you updated as new information develops.
