Dear Local 455 Members,
Your Union Leadership is happy to announce that with hard work and dedication from everyone at Local 455 and our membership, we have successfully signed the new 2024-2027 CBA with the Kroger Company for our Houston area employees. Your Bargaining Committee and Union Leadership met with the Kroger Company in person on June 27th to sign your new agreement after many months of pushing for what our membership has been asking for, an accurate fully integrated agreement.
We are working on getting booklets of the CBA’s printed. Thereafter, they will be distributed to our membership in the coming months, please ask your Union Representative at any time for an update or to have a copy of the contract brought or emailed to you.
None of this would have been possible without our dedicated membership who believe in a better Kroger and supported the Union. Congratulations on our new Union contract and thank you for all you do and being a member of our Union.
