Congratulations To Our House Of Raeford Members On Their Successful Ratification Of Their Improved Union Contract.
UFCW Local 455 and House of Raeford reached an agreement for all bargaining unit employees. Here are some of the benefit improvements included in the new contract:
- All employees will receive wage increases retroactive to the expiration of the previous CBA, which expired on 11/7/23, and all employees will receive guaranteed annual increases thereafter.
- Increased the perfect attendance hourly incentive.
- Increased the night shift premium.
- Significant increases in premium job rates.
- Shortened the length of time for employees to qualify and enroll in the retirement plan.
- Bargained language that allows a union office so employees may discuss issues with a steward or rep privately.
- Bargained language that gives the union a locking bulletin board for union information and notices only.
The expiration of this agreement is on November 7, 2026.
