Attention Foster Farms members,
As a part of your recent ratification and terms of the settlement, the Company was to send the back-pay and settlement checks to the Local Union office so that we can verify the amounts are accurate & present them to you. We learned from the Company yesterday that they plan on direct depositing the checks directly to our members on Friday, August 22nd, 2025.
If for any reason you do not receive the money that was outlined to you in the ratification meeting we had, please contact the Local Union to file a grievance so we can investigate it further. Union Representative Shirley Rome can be reached at (281) 900-0572
