Dear Local 455 Kroger Members of the Atlanta Fund,
We have hundreds of members and participants who need to submit their dependent verification documentation to the Atlanta Fund Office, in order to continue and keep their Health Insurance coverage.
If you miss the April 30th deadline, your dependents will lose their insurance coverage. Please do not wait any longer. Please respond to the Fund’s request immediately. If you have any questions, please contact your Union Representative or the Atlanta Fund at #(800) 241-2136.
