Foster Farms won’t commit to fixing the past and the future doesn’t look so promising!

Foster Farms won’t commit to fixing the issues that matter most to you!

  • Missing Hourly Wage Increase From December Of 2023
  • Supervisor Treatment Of Workers
  • Attendance System
  • Nurses Providing Effective Assistance To Workers

In order to move toward creating a brighter future for you and your families, Foster Farms has to get serious about resolving the workplace issues that matter to you most. It’s clear now, more than ever, that things at Foster Farms Farmerville need to change! Your coworkers gave clear direction to the Local Union to hold another membership meeting on 3/28/2025, all day from 8am to 8pm, to continue the ULP Strike Vote Authorization process, and discuss the next steps for your Union contract. If you also think things at Foster Farms Farmerville need to change, come to the meeting on the 28th at the Old Town Hall 407 S. Main Street Farmerville, La 71271, and support your coworkers. We hope to see you there!

Working together, we can and will make Foster Farms in Farmerville a better place to work.

In Solidarity,

Your Foster Farms Bargaining Committee & Local Union President Brandon Hopkins.
