Dear Participants of the Atlanta H&W Fund,
I write to all of you today to ask for feedback on how your dealings have been with the Atlanta (ATL) health and welfare fund since we have merged in January 2022.
If you have experienced denied claims, issues getting the service that you need, denied appeals, or incorrect premium rates being deducted from your check or have a positive word as feedback let us know at info@ufcw455.org or write a statement and give to your Union Rep.
It is important the Local hear back from our members, over the next few months, of your experience, positive or negative, with the ATL health and welfare fund.
From your Union Leadership perspective, there are several improvements that we believe are necessary, and we are interested in your feedback so we can gather the full scope of the positives, and areas for improvement.
Our members make up a large portion of the Fund and it’s important that you get the service and care you deserve with the healthcare that you bargained for!
We know how important healthcare coverage is to you and your family, so we ask that you please provide us feedback.
