Kroger 2020-2022 Negotiations Strike Vote Meeting

Purpose:
For The Membership To Vote On An Unfair Labor
Practice Strike!

During the meeting we will discuss Kroger’s unfair labor practices and the company’s “Last, Best, & Final” offer. The membership will then get a chance to vote on an unfair labor practice strike. Of course, a strike is a last resort, however Kroger refuses to bargain in good faith and even consider other options to their company-controlled health plan; wage progressions; maintaining daily overtime; reducing full-time ratio language, & other concessionary items, which has left us no choice but to call for an unfair labor practice strike vote. Please attend one of the meetings as every vote counts!

On the week of 11/2 – 11/7 you will be able to vote in person. There will be 7 locations to vote throughout the week between 8am – 8pm

Reminder: Think twice before you enroll in the company controlled plan, we do not think you should because you have not voted to approve it in a ratification meeting. South Central is the status quo and the correct fund you should be enrolling into.
