All Pilgrim’s Pride Natchitoches Members,
The Local has been in contract bargaining with the Pilgrim’s Pride Nacogdoches, Texas facility for over a year, since July 2025, working to secure a good Union contract for those workers, but unfortunately, we believe the Company has been intentionally delaying the process, and bargaining in bad faith. The Local has filed a ULP charge with the NLRB against the Company in Nacogdoches. The Local wants to inform you all, because your contract is set to expire on February 1, 2027. While we hope it does not happen, it’s possible that the Company continues its bad faith bargaining in Natchitoches. We are working to do everything we can to keep that from happening.
The Local is planning on running an informational campaign in Natchitoches, to keep the members informed of what’s going on in Nacogdoches, Texas and prepare you all for your contract bargaining.
