Letitia Plummer (D)
A Houston community leader focused on building a county that works for working families. Dr. Letitia Plummer is a former Houston City Council Member, small-business owner, and longtime advocate for affordability, healthcare, emergency preparedness, and safer communities. Her priorities include strengthening disaster response, expanding healthcare access, supporting small businesses, and addressing the needs of neighborhoods across Harris County.
Sylvia Garcia (D)
A longtime Houston public servant and champion for working families. Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia has served Houston and Harris County as a social worker, legal-aid attorney, Houston City Controller, Harris County Commissioner, Texas State Senator, and member of Congress. She focuses on issues including healthcare, education, economic opportunity, and constituent services, bringing decades of public service experience to her work in Washington.
