Joint Statement for UFCW Local 455 Clerk and Meat Agreements

Today, the Union and the Company have signed extensions to extend the UFCW Local 455 Clerk and Meat contracts.  The extensions on the contracts contain language that the Agreements can be terminated by either party with a seventy-two (72) hour notice.

The Union and the Company will continue to negotiate until a fair and equitable tentative Agreement is reached for both Meat and Clerk contracts and are subject to membership ratification.  Both parties will keep all informed on these negotiations.
